Problems

During the production of the Bear Ravine, I encountered two major problems.  Firstly, the weight of the icing, wrapped around the pieces of cake to form the upper balcony of the Bear Ravine, was greater than its strength, which caused the icing to sag and tear n the areas of negative space. Secondly,  the use of dairy in selected edible items was causing the model to decay before its completion.  These factors caused an unrecoverable situation that could not reach fruition as a successful outcome, so I reassessed the original concept.
